Terms of ServiceCommissions are for personal use only.
- The artwork may not but used to make profit in any way. (Such as selling prints, posters etc.)I own the right to all artworks.
- I reserve the right to post and/or use finished commission in my portfolio, social media, or any advertising purposes unless specified otherwise during commission progress.- Commissioner is allowed to post or share artwork with credit to me as the artist.- Using the finished commission in Generative AI is prohibited.- Tracing/Redrawing any finished commission is prohibited.- Fanart commissions may be used as prints, posters, etc. in my shop unless specified otherwise during commission process.Commissioning Process:
- Turn around time for a commission is 2 weeks however, this may increase depending on the commission.
- I will send frequent updates during process and commissioner may request updates at any time.- A minimum of 4 adjustments are allowed to be made between the sketch and painting. Two major adjustments can be made during sketching and 2 minor adjustments maybe be made during painting. More adjustments may increase price of commission.- The addition of backgrounds will increase commission price.- I reserve the right to refuse to do any commission. Rude and disrespectful behavior may result in the denial of a commission.- In the rare event that I or the commissioner may cancel a commission, commissioner may get up to 75% of original commission price refunded. (25% of commission price is kept by me taking consideration time and effort put into commission before cancellation.)- Refunds are not accepted if commissioner chooses to cancel commission after painting has started.Payment:
- Payment is required as a down payment before I begin working on a commission, depending on the price you will be required to pay the whole or half commission price before I begin working on the commission.- Whole payment is required if commission is under $50. Over $50 the commission maybe be paid half upfront and the rest after sketch is completed.- Payment is subject to increase during commission process due to the addition of backgrounds and editing.By agreeing to commission you are expected to read, understand, agreeand abide by these terms.

Character pricing

Backgrounds such as landscapes or settings are an extra charge of $20Additional characters will double the base character price.Simple/geometric backgrounds are added with no extra cost.
